What is and what tasks the optimizer solves

There is a special class of problems – optimization problems. These are complex and non-trivial tasks that are laborious and long to solve manually (for example: optimal selection of crews from tens of thousands of pilots and flight attendants for thousands of airline flights, taking into account hundreds of flight rules and regulatory requirements).

Our platform is a new generation of planning tools to address such challenges. The optimizer can be configured for various business domains, such as: air transportation, oil and gas sector, railway, road, sea transportation, etc.

With the help of our optimization platform, tasks are translated from business formulations into optimization rules (creation of an optimization model), followed by its automatic translation into a system of linear equations and the start of calculations.

The platform user interface allows trained customer employees to independently change optimization settings, change optimization rules, run recalculations and get the desired result.

The performance of calculations and the ability to run parallel calculations allows you to use an optimizer to solve promising and tactical tasks of corporations.
